But this does not mean that it is necessary to intimidate a person who has suffered a stroke with the dire consequences of strict adherence to a diet. You need to try, as gently as possible, to convince him that nutrition after a cerebral stroke can be very varied, the diet is not very strict, but there are a number of restrictions that must be followed to maintain health and life. It is better to do this in such a way as if it was his decision to start eating right.
