After a fall, it is recommended to remain in a lying position with your legs bent. This is necessary to ensure that a skier sliding down the slope does not damage his joints. It is necessary to straighten up and try to stand up only after the body has completely stopped.
During the fall, the skis may come unfastened. If this happens, then you need to sit, regain your breath and strength, pick up your skis and test them. If everything is in order, then you can put on the skis: first the lower one, then the upper one. If only one ski comes off, then you need to turn around so that you have to put on the top ski.
