His appearance in the zone could provoke a food riot and aggression from other prisoners.
The killer of 8-year-old Nastya Lutsishina from Ussuriysk faces up to 20 years in prison. But even before “going through the process,” he will have to spend more than one month in a pre-trial detention center in the company of other prisoners. What awaits the killer taxi driver, first in the detention center and then in the zone? "MK" with the help of former prisoners and human rights activists made a forecast of the monster's life behind bars.
About the article under which he was put in the cell new person, the “tenants” find out immediately, sometimes even before he enters the door with his things. Not only their future cellmates, but also the entire pre-trial detention center becomes aware of rapists and murderers of children and women. The lot of such prisoners is not an enviable one.
There are generally accepted norms - you can’t shake hands, you can’t eat from the same dishes,” says former political prisoner Maxim. - About the fact that they are “lowered” - this is not so. Nobody today wants to even touch them with a finger.
However, there are, of course, exceptions. As a rule, rapists are either initially placed in separate cells where the so-called “offended” are kept, or they are put in common cells, but there they are subjected to all kinds of humiliation, namely, washing the floor, sleeping on the floor, cleaning the toilet with their hands, etc.
A couple of years ago, two Tajiks were sent to the Odintsovo pre-trial detention center for sexually abusing a woman, the mother of three children. The criminals met her on the platform (she was returning from work by train), threatening her with the neck of a broken bottle and dragged her into the forest. So, as soon as they got into the pre-trial detention center, they were given sleeping area- on the concrete floor, on newspapers. So they slept there until they were transferred.
A rapist in a pre-trial detention center can not only be “released”, but also sentenced. One example of this is the story that happened at the beginning of the year in Zelenograd pre-trial detention center No. 12. 45-year-old convict Andrei Fadeev became a victim of lynching. The man was found guilty of a series of attacks on women in the Moscow region (he robbed and raped them), was sentenced to 10 years and was awaiting transfer to a maximum security colony. On New Year's Eve, he was taken to hospital in serious condition with multiple head injuries and burnt genitals. The prisoner died without regaining consciousness.
Usually, knowing the attitude of other prisoners towards such prisoners, they are placed in separate cells,” they say in the FSIN. “He himself could have written such a statement in connection with the threat to his life and health. In this case, apparently, the cells in the pre-trial detention center were overcrowded, since the prisoner found himself in such a dangerous neighborhood. But, as you know, the cellmates themselves claim that they did not touch him and he injured himself.
If the prisoner has survived to the stage, then in the colony he will also not be greeted with open arms. There were cases when entire detachments staged food riots, demanding the removal of a murderer-rapist of children. If the administration did not agree to this, the prisoner was beaten and cut. So he still left the squad, even on a stretcher.
In places of forced detention, rapists have an extremely negative attitude both from the bulk of prisoners and from the employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service, says the Creator social network"Gulagu. no” Vladimir Osechkin. - In the so-called “red” colonies, everything is different. For example, before the November protest in Kopeiskaya IK-6, the administration, on the contrary, supported “rapists”, appointed them to leadership positions, gave not only legal privileges, but also granted power over other prisoners, including allowing them to torture, beat, and extort. This is because such prisoners with the lowest internal social status they are very angry after the pre-trial detention center and are ready to do anything just to protect themselves from humiliation. And of course, this is a huge problem, but almost all human rights activists try to avoid discussing this sensitive topic.
It is in the colony that the main troubles of serial killers and maniacs begin. According to the decision of the State Duma, which amended the penal system of the Russian Federation in 2005, especially dangerous criminals are placed in colonies remote from the prisoner’s place of residence, often in the so-called “red” zones, where strict administrative regulations apply and killers have no authority.
In colonies where prisoners are serving life sentences, employees try, of course, behind the scenes, to make maniacs regret the moratorium on the death penalty every day. On the one hand, a real threat of reprisal from their cellmates hangs over them; on the other, they are helpless in the face of administrative measures to re-educate criminals. So, according to unofficial statistics, average duration The life of serial killers and maniacs sentenced to life imprisonment does not exceed 5-7 years.
As a rule, they are protected from contact with ordinary prisoners and are placed in cells of 2-3 people. In some cases, when a prisoner poses a danger to others or is in danger of death, he may be given solitary confinement. This is a safer, but by no means more comfortable option.
From the moment of rising at 6 a.m. until bedtime, the convicted person has no right to use a bed. And at night he will sleep in bright light without the ability to cover his face. This measure is due to the fact that it is in the dark that most attempts to commit suicide are made.
Prisoners move around the prison either squatting with their mouths open or blindfolded, accompanied by a guard of dogs. According to the law, those sentenced to life imprisonment have the right to work, they are entitled to an hour and a half walk, they are allowed to use the library and listen to radio broadcasts. But they can also lose these pleasures for the slightest offense before the administration.
During the first 10 years, contacts of prisoners with relatives are limited. Only two short visits per year through glass or bars and one parcel are allowed. If the criminal managed to survive, then in the next 10 years the number of visits will be doubled, and the first long meetings with relatives will appear, although, as eyewitnesses say, this is very rare. The wives and children of maniacs, who have discovered the whole truth about the double life of their father and husband, cut off all contacts and even change their last name, first name and place of residence, fearing reprisals from the relatives of the mutilated victims of the killer. In fact, the maniac will be completely isolated from the outside world until the end of his days.
Inmates are severely punished for violating prison rules. As follows from the stories of one of the colony employees, for protesting a prisoner can be beaten, deprived of books, sleep, or forced, for example, to walk on his haunches for several hours until he begins to howl in pain. Having assigned a maniac to sewage work, the prison administration condemns him to standing waist-deep in feces every day for the entire prison term, the end of which he may never live to see.
Much harsher methods of “folk” education are applied to pedophiles, since most employees also have children. The newspaper “Behind Bars” described a case in which a maniac arrived at one of the colonies in the North and brutally raped four boys. None of the “decent” prisoners began to “have” it. They used all available means, which led to infection of the rectum, surgery to remove it and a quick, painful death.
In another case described serial killer I was lucky to end up in a “red” colony with a strict statutory regime. “Lowering” was not according to the rules here. Then the gang and the colony staff declared a boycott of the rapist, depriving him of any communication. After three years of forced silence, the maniac’s mental health began to deteriorate. He began muttering under his breath, waving his arms and banging his head against the wall. Having been in a punishment cell several times, the child killer eventually hanged himself.
A 48-year-old resident of Blagoveshchensk committed something that is severely punishable even according to criminal “concepts”: he killed his elderly mother. The matricide not only does not repent of his deed, but also considers it a feat. After all, in his opinion, the murdered woman was possessed by demons. It seems that Russian police will soon have to sort out spiritual matters as well.
The Amur region was recently shocked by another incident. This time it was a ritual murder. A 48-year-old man killed his mother, an elderly helpless woman. Oleg, a resident of the city of Blagoveshchensk, was convinced that his mother was a witch and possessed by demons. Having sifted through a bunch of literature, mostly of dubious content, the fighter against the forces of evil decided: if he kills his mother, he will not only rid the city of the evil witch, but also save the soul of the woman who gave birth to him. Together with last breath All demons will come out of the woman, and her soul will go to heaven.
The man prepared for the ritual of bloody exorcism for quite a long time. Thanks to Oleg, cuttings from garden shovels turned into sharp stakes. Believing that the demons would give his mother strength, the killer son stocked up on handcuffs. Not relying on the prayer to the Holy Cross, the “exorcist” decided that it would be better to stock up on poisonous acid. The further picture of the incident resembled a horror film.
The "day of wrath" has arrived. Oleg seized the right moment and attacked his mother with acid. After dousing the woman’s face and hands, the “exorcist” handcuffed her to the bed. The woman screamed heart-rendingly. And Oleg calmly continued his reprisal. He filled the mother's mouth with foam. Seeing that “the demons had calmed down,” Oleg drove two sharpened stakes into the chest of Galina, his mother. Having finished his dirty work, the “exorcist” sighed calmly: now the demons will not interfere with his life. But while this bloody “ritual” lasted, vigilant neighbors managed to hear suspicious screams and called the police. The outfit arrived immediately. The police could hardly believe what had happened.
They were especially surprised by the behavior of Oleg, who did not hide anywhere and did not repent of anything. On the contrary, the mother's killer felt like a hero. The investigative authorities of the Amur region say that the murder is clearly ritual. Because it is completely senseless and incredibly cruel. The killer son poured so much foam into the dead mother’s mouth that the substance got stuck in Galina’s stomach and lungs.
It’s not worth talking about the wounds inflicted by the stakes. It was scary to look at the chest of the dead woman. Now the “exorcist”-matricide is in a temporary detention center. Investigators ordered a forensic psychiatric examination for him. If Oleg is found sane, then his fate in the “zone” will be unenviable. Murderers of their own mothers, as a rule, do not live long behind bars. The Annunciation ritual murder added another episode. No less terrible.
It happened earlier this year in Voronezh. 25-year-old Alexandra, a native of Voronezh, decided to go to hometown and visit your parents. A loving and caring daughter, who herself had recently become a mother of two children, could not even imagine what a “warm” welcome her parents were preparing for her. It all started during festive feast on the occasion of Alexandra's arrival. The young woman’s parents were, according to relatives, “pious” people, so the nice family conversation smoothly turned to purely religious topics. Alexandra admitted to her parents that she sometimes “sees mysterious voices in her head.” In response to this, the parents unanimously declared that Alexandra was possessed by evil spirits. Sergei, Alexandra’s father, convinced his daughter that the demons would come out of her head only if the young woman drank five liters of holy water at once. From the words, the parents immediately got down to business.
But Alexandra, a fragile and petite woman, simply could not physically cope with such an amount of liquid. Which is not surprising: five liters will kill even a strong man... But the parents had already entered into ecstasy. The father grabbed his daughter by the hands, and the mother began to forcefully pour water into Sasha’s mouth. Both distraught parents were convinced that the girl was desperately breaking out because the demons were actively resisting expulsion. Having thrown their daughter to the floor, the mother and father began to jump on her until the unfortunate woman lost consciousness. They were sure that everything was done correctly and Sasha would resurrect in three days. The next morning younger sister The deceased, seeing the terrible consequences of the ritual, called an ambulance. However, it was no longer possible to save the girl. Just like the Blagoveshchensk “exorcist,” the parents of the deceased young woman did not repent of their deeds. “We saved her immortal soul,” the killer parents said during the first interrogation.
A woman who served 5 years told the whole truth about prison.
47-year-old Novotroysk resident Olga Nikolaenko, who was released from prison in early January of this year, told the portal about her life behind bars.
True, at first, the woman categorically refused to talk about the years spent in captivity, citing the fact that she was a fairly well-known person in the city. She had to ask for assistance from the “Participation” fund, which provides financial and psychological support to former “inmates,” where she turned for help in finding employment and promised that her real name and photograph would not appear in the article. Future colleagues - and the fund has already found Olga an organization whose head agreed to hire the former prisoner - will never know about her criminal past...
Once upon a time, Olga Vladimirovna Nikolaenko (last name changed) was no different from thousands of other women. She had a family: a husband and two children, a comfortable apartment and a job she loved. On November 18, 2005, she ended up in prison and lost everything. Neither during the investigation, nor while in prison, the woman, no matter how hard she tried, could not understand what had happened. Attempts to remember at least some details of that day were unsuccessful. Nothing came to mind except the dead husband lying in a pool of blood, people in white coats and police uniforms. It was as if someone invisible had placed a ban on the memory.
The epiphany came quite recently. Having been released from the colony, she lived with her elderly mother for a whole month, not daring to cross the threshold of her apartment. And when I decided...
I was arrested and tried for the murder of my husband,” Olga recalls. “But God knows, although I fully admitted my guilt at the trial, I remembered practically nothing then. Shock accompanied me the entire term. But I looked at the kitchen table, and something began to become clearer. Drunk Stanislav hit me on the head several times. I was cutting bread. I waved it off. The knife hit right in the heart. Then another failure. The investigation, the trial - I remember it as if it were yesterday. Got 7 years. How did I feel then? And what should a woman feel, who in 42 years of her life has never broken the law and suddenly finds herself behind bars under the most serious article in the code and whose 22-year-old daughter, unable to bear the shame, as she wrote in her suicide note, committed suicide? I wanted to cut my veins.
About “horse” and “light”
The first days of her stay in the pre-trial detention center (SIZO) were the most terrible for Olga, according to her. I was afraid that they might humiliate me and beat me up. But it soon turned out that the fears inspired by crime television series, in which blood, death and gangster concepts predominate, were in vain.
In women’s cells of pre-trial detention centers, and in colonies too, unlike men’s dungeons, there is no struggle for power at all,” explains Olga. - By and large, everyone there is equal. No, it doesn’t happen at all without quarrels and fights, of course, but thieves’ notions are not welcome there. The only thing that the women's prison has in common with the men's is the persistent disgust towards those under investigation and convicted of the abuse and murder of children. They do not communicate with this contingent in captivity, they are not allowed to sit at the common table, and sometimes, if they “greyhound” (raise a voice in defense of their rights), they are severely beaten.
It’s also hard for those who are caught stealing other people’s property. You can get the nickname “rat” and a place to sleep near the toilet, for example, for taking a cigarette without asking. It would seem, well, what is one cigarette? Yes, in the wild it is poison or pleasure - as you like, but in isolation wards and zones tobacco often replaces currency. With the help of smoke, you can negotiate with cellmates who do not receive food parcels from the outside about small services: wash the floor, wash clothes, give a massage, and also exchange with other prisoners for tea, sugar and candy, cajole the guard, both in a pre-trial detention center and and at stages.
It is worth dwelling separately on how “product communication” occurs between cameras, sometimes located several tens of meters from each other. Olga says that whoever came up with these methods should be given a Nobel Prize. The simplest and most famous is considered to be “horse”. A plastic bag tied on a string is thrown out of the cell window, which, inflating under the influence of the wind (the direction is chosen), flies to the desired window opening. Using a long hook made from newspapers rolled up and soaked in water, other prisoners pull the package to the window of their cell. A strong thread or rope is tied to an existing thread. Next, the device is stretched between cells along the wall of the pre-trial detention center. Everything - the circular path for the “horse” - a bag of groceries or a note, moving along a rope, jumps - is open. This method is short-lived, since all the prisoners’ manipulations take place practically in full view of the guards.
“Communication” is more durable through “svetka” - this is what the housekeepers call an ordinary toilet. The inhabitants of the neighboring cells simultaneously throw a bread crumb tied on a thread with matches stuck into it into this sanitary device and pour out a bucket of water. In the pipe, the threads of the two “hedgehogs” are intertwined. Next, everything is done similarly to the “horse” road. Try it, expose it. The only disadvantage of this method is that you can only change with cameras that have a common wall.
Zavstolova - “trump” position
While the investigation was ongoing, Olga was kept in an eight-bed cell. In television films, the “huts” are more like the homes of homeless people: gloomy and dirty, without the slightest hint of convenience. Actually this is not true. Not to say, of course, that current cells resemble a hotel room, but a TV, refrigerator and shower are required in all. There is absolutely no overcrowding, each slave has a separate bed and bedding, which is changed once a week. If you want to do it more often, take soap and wash, no one is stopping you from doing this.
After the verdict, Nikolayenko was supposed to be sent to Mordovia, where women’s camps have been located since Soviet times. But I was lucky - they left me in the isolation ward and transferred me to a six-bed cell. The authorities, having learned that the Novotroyanka was a good cook when she was free, offered to work in the prison canteen. I agreed. And what - it’s satisfying, as they say, and not far from home.
For three and a half years, Olga “lived” (served her sentence in a prison cell) according to the following schedule. In the morning she got up at five in the morning (to prepare breakfast for the entire pre-trial detention center, she had to get up an hour earlier than the rest of the convicts), worked all day and retired at ten in the evening. No weekends or holidays. It’s hard, but more or less calm and predictable. In the Mordovian zone, where mosquitoes are the size of a fist, the humidity is almost one hundred percent and all movement around the territory is only by running, it would, of course, be much more difficult. The only thing that bothered me in the isolation ward was the lack of fresh air.
Olga’s position in the pre-trial detention center was, according to her, “trump card” - the head of the canteen. Who needs butter, meat, sugar - this is to Vladimirovna. Naturally, for some kind of service. Relatives with packages came for visits almost every month: in the cell where fraudsters and drug dealers were sitting, she enjoyed unquestioned authority. In general, I don’t want to sit.
However, when the woman’s deadline for her legal transfer to colony-settlement No. 12 in the village of Chashkan, located in the Sol-Iletsk region, approached, she, without hesitation, submitted a petition for a mitigation of the punishment regime.
“I was fed up with four walls,” says Olga. - I’m tired of constantly separating those who are fighting and instructing young girls on the true path who were trying to bring prison life thieves' concepts from the outside. Over the past three years, 18-20 year old girls have begun to make up the majority of those under investigation and those convicted in the Orsk pre-trial detention center. How they broke the chain: arrogant, irresponsible. We've watched enough movies, picked up all sorts of crap - just wait to see if we do something wrong.
Winter, summer - away with the year, five Santa Clauses and home
Nikolayenko stayed in Chashkan for a year and seven months. She worked as a simple cook, but was almost free. The key word in this sentence is almost. There were no towers, barbed wire or strict supervision, but a zone is a zone - you can’t really roam around. Relaxed a little - you're in a punishment cell. And this is a cross for parole, which the Novotroyanskaya resident deserved, having left more than five years of her life in places not so distant. Behind good behavior, in prison terminology, she “leaned back” ahead of schedule for almost two years.
In captivity, Olga tried to speak normal Russian. Still two higher education(philological department and institute Food Industry) were behind us, but many years of being in captivity still left their mark. Her speech was constantly interspersed with slang words. It looked unusual and funny at the same time.
- « Behind the fence“Everyone communicates using a hairdryer, because otherwise it will be difficult to understand each other,” the woman smiles. - For example, the bed in a cell is called a “shkonka”, the iron door is called a “robot”, the window for passing food is called a “feeder”, the toilet is called a “svetka”, the trash can is a “vankom”. I don’t know what motivated the people who gave such terms to things familiar to ordinary people, but if every day they tell you that there are no beds in pre-trial detention centers and zones, but there are “shkonki” and only “shkonki”, it is useless to argue. To survive, I had to accept prison life as reality and keep my head down.
On January 11, Olga Nikolaenko was given a passport, a certificate of release, given 720 “presidential” rubles for the trip (they are given to everyone upon release) and sent out of the gate. Go, they said, and don’t do evil again.
“I only now realized how great my guilt was in what happened,” the woman confesses. - There was no need to endure the bullying of an always drunk husband. How many times have they told me, get a divorce, get a divorce, but I, a fool, lived for the sake of the children: I endured beatings and insults. Eh, what can I say now...
A couple of days after the conversation with our correspondent, when the material was already ready for publication, Olga called the editor and, apologizing, reported two good news for her. First of all, she finally went to work. So far, however, not by profession, but as a cleaner. But these are trifles, the main thing is to cling to new life. Secondly, I saw my son for the first time in many years. After the death of his father and sister, Alyoshka did not write her a single letter. Although the meeting with him turned out to be difficult - the relatives were silent more than they spoke - it seemed to Olga that her son had forgiven her.

In order to understand the number of rumors and correct information from “eyewitnesses” regarding what is done to rapists in prison, you need to study in detail the article of the Criminal Code, the differences between zones and colonies.
Articles
Articles 131-135 provide punishment for indecent acts or violence. They consider with minors, as well as forced sexual intercourse without mutual consent using threats, physical force by one person or a crime committed by a group of people. Unlawful actions also include harassment of persons under the age of 14-16 years.
The Russian state prescribes and applies punishment for each individual episode, taking into account the circumstances. It is meant as an administrative punishment - in the form public works either a fine or a criminal offense (from 3 to 6 years). This is the stay of the criminal in prison and isolation from society. rape can be reported by a person who has reached the age of 18, parents or guardianship authorities.
Pre-trial detention center
Once the application is submitted, the process of bringing the perpetrator to justice begins. Given the gravity of the crime, the accused may await trial at home or in a pre-trial detention center.
In a pre-trial detention center, a person accused of charges of violence must be placed in a separate cell for more convenient work of the defense authorities and the prosecutor's office. But in practice, it is not customary to isolate a “status” person so that he can take part in the investigative work with greater zeal and begin to cooperate. Therefore, the convict is put in a general cell, where he undergoes “training,” that is, there he is simply beaten.
Court and stage
If the court decides that the accused is guilty, he is given a punishment and a place of imprisonment.
In practice, convicts are distributed according to the severity of the crime. If the period is short, the person may be left in a colony at his place of residence. If the guilt is serious, the convicted person is sent away to serve his punishment. This is justified for several reasons. Firstly, it reduces the possibility of a rebellion by the offender, and secondly, the relatives of the victim have less chance of taking revenge on the offender on their own.
The stage is the transportation of the convicted person to the place of serving his sentence.
How rapists are dealt with in prison and in the zone
Until the 90s, the laws of the criminal world were based on purity of thoughts. Theft and murder were considered elite activities in which there was no place for violence. This is a “noble” job, and it should not be disgraced by the senseless and useless mockery of the victim. In this regard, rapists were considered despicable members of society, not people, and were subjected to humiliation. The “lowering” occurred both on sexual grounds and in the form of a person’s psychological breakdown.
What awaits rapists in prison these days? By 2015, priorities had shifted slightly. Sexual acts involving force no longer have such a shameful status. Especially if the prisoner proved to his fellow inmates the “necessity of what he did” or the guilt of the victim. The status of pedophiles and people with a morbid craving for cruelty (maniacs) remains invariably low. In these cases, no excuses will be considered.
Subtleties of prison laws
A new person is assigned status quite quickly. His determination is influenced by the reputation he earned in freedom, the article and personal behavior. They do not adhere to any strict laws, but decide in each case separately. Therefore, not only a rapist, but also a person who behaves incorrectly or is seen in “rat” actions can be “put down.”
"Lowered" and "roosters"
What do they do in prison with rapists? The “observers” find out the circumstances in detail and make decisions. If we are talking about violence against a woman, then a person has the opportunity to take advantage of exculpatory moments. This includes blackmail of an “insidious” mistress for the purpose of marriage, and revenge for infidelity and deception. Such stories are perceived with sympathy and justify the action.
What do they do in prison with male rapists? They are being "cocked". Homosexuality is strongly discouraged in criminal society. Here it is difficult for the convicted person to find an excuse, and he becomes a common “lover”.
It is necessary to define the difference, because “lowering” and “cocking” are not the same thing. "Down" may not be "cock". He sleeps by the bucket, cleans the cell, fulfills any whim of his cellmates, from telling fairy tales to spoon-feeding. This is a common slave, but he also has his own privileges. If the “low-down” person fulfills his duties well and conscientiously, he should not be beaten in vain and for no reason and have sex with him. You can even pet him like a pet and feed him good food. But you can’t shake his hand and eat from the same plate.
What do they do with rapists in the zone if they are “flogged out”? Such a person has his own responsibilities. This is the fulfillment of the owner's sexual desires. He may have one lover or everyone may use his services. If he has one owner, then the “rooster” can please him with fairy tales and foot massages, but he will not do this to others. He is not obliged to wash the bucket and clean up after his cellmates. This distribution is considered logical so as not to mix sex and human waste.
What do they do in prison with rapists and do they have a good life there? If a prisoner has proven his innocence according to the moral code of the “thieves,” then he has every chance of being considered a “muzhik,” that is, a respected person. If there is no way to prove that you were right, then you can always just brush it off. There are cases in history when a person carried a knife and simply did not allow the punishment group to approach him.
In any case, you should not hide either the article or the motives. Prison is no longer an isolated society and truthful information can be obtained easily and quickly. In this case, deception is not forgiven. Unless during the period of verification the rapist has proven himself to be the best in front of the beholder and his fellow inmates.
Child abuse
Pedophilia is not forgiven and is not justified by anything. There is little sacred in the criminal world, but children and mother are sacred concepts. What do they do to child rapists in prison? They are killed in both the “red” and “black” zones. According to the concepts, such people should not leave the place of detention. They are not “cocked” or “put down”: if guilt is proven, they will not live.
By law, rapists and maniacs must be kept in isolated confinement. But in any case, the heads of the zones and the “thieves” will find a way to get rid of the unnecessary element. “Remove” can be “accidentally” during transportation, justifying this as a necessary measure when trying to escape. And at the place of imprisonment an “accident” may occur.
But if the guilt of a maniac or rapist is proven by a court and the article is enough for a death sentence among fellow inmates, then pedophilia still needs to be proven or disproved.
Justification for pedophilia in prison
Modern guardianship authorities and parents of teenagers sometimes reach the point of insanity in their educational zeal. If a convict proves in prison that he was imprisoned because he kissed his daughter on the cheek or slapped her bottom so that she would not be capricious, they do not touch him and treat him with sympathy. They also believe the stories that he was seduced in a club by a girl with makeup, but her passport turned out to be underage, and her parents filed a lawsuit.
The risk group includes teachers physical culture and trainers, as well as heads of studios and clubs. IN modern world Pedophilia is a fear and a disease of society. Therefore, in 80% of cases, litigation is simply hysteria. But suspects under this article are most often convicted, even if there is no direct evidence.
What happens to child rapists in prison while fellow inmates are trying to determine whether the convict is guilty or not? They are beaten. Until proven innocence, those convicted of pedophilia are beaten by anyone who wants to. They can defend themselves to a certain extent. That is, you can close yourself, but you shouldn’t cause significant harm to the beating people. In this case, you may not wait for an acquittal from the outside and be “lowered” without the right to return to the “men.”
We looked at how rapists are treated in prison. They are beaten always and everywhere, in the pre-trial detention center, at the stage and in the zone. This is called "training". Often, cellmates do not wait for evidence or a court decision and “release” suspects already in the pre-trial detention center.
What do they do with rapists in the zone and how does “lowering” happen? There are many fantasies on this topic. They can put underwear on a person’s head, smear feces or a member on the lips while sleeping, dip them in a bucket, and so on. If you were “let go” while still in the pre-trial detention center, then you can’t hide in the zone that you are “got down”. Because in the zone they may mistake such a person for a “man” (respected), shake hands, drink from the same mug, and when it turns out that he was a “lower”, then everyone who touched him will also be considered “lowered” . For such deception they are immediately killed.
Payment from punishment
What do they do in prison with rapists if they have the opportunity to pay off? If this is a pedophile or a maniac whose guilt has not yet been proven, then there is an opportunity to buy immunity. The amount is determined individually each time and can be either a one-time payment or multiple payments throughout the entire period. If during the sentence the rapist was transferred to another zone, then he will have to pay again. The previous buyout does not count.
Maniacs
How are rapists treated in prison if the sexual acts without the woman's consent do not have a valid reason? If an action is not justified by anything other than the painful satisfaction of one’s desires, there can be no sympathy or redemption. Along with pedophiles, a maniac is considered the most unnecessary person. The hatred for such people is such that they usually do not even live to see trial. A case was recorded in the Perm region when, in one case, 4 suspects were arrested in turn and they were all killed by their cellmates while still in the pre-trial detention center.
Prison is life
It doesn’t matter what a person was convicted for, there are just people in prison. Each of them has its own time and trouble. You cannot judge places of detention based on films and books. Among the criminals there are both normal people and not so normal people, everything is just like in life. The only caution can be only one: do not trust anyone. There are no “good ones” there. If someone suddenly begins to care about your well-being, then you cannot make close friendships with anyone. Firstly, they establish friendly relations with new people in order to set them up later, and secondly, if the “friend” is let down, then you are also included in the company.
What they do with rapists in prison, only someone who has served a sentence can answer for sure. But such people usually do not blog or write articles, and do not like to be frank. Therefore, we have to trust oral stories through second hands.
