Vegetarian homemade ice cream with condensed milk

Any sour cream: we tried both homemade and store-bought 10-15% - it still works. The ice cream is very tasty and natural. If desired, you can add carob, fruits, nuts, etc., but we like it anyway
I made it with 20% sour cream - it turned out great, but I don’t think it’s worth using less fat, otherwise you’ll feel icy bits.
Compound:
- 500 grams of homemade or store-bought sour cream (or cream)
- 1 can (380 g) condensed milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- optional (optional): carob or cocoa, strawberries, nuts or other additives

- Mix sour cream and vanilla sugar.

Making ice cream without eggs

Homemade sour cream ice cream - how to make it
1. To make sour cream ice cream, we need to prepare sour cream, sugar, lemon juice (optional, but recommended), berries and about half a glass of water.
2. Wash the berries and let the water drain. If we use cherries or sweet cherries, we need to remove the pits. Pour into a blender bowl.
3. Add sugar, depending on your taste. If the berries are sour, then we take a little more sugar, if they are sweet, then less.
4. Add a glass of sour cream. I took sour cream with 15% fat content, you can use 10% fat content, or 20%.
5. Close the blender lid and puree and beat the mixture until smooth.
6. Pour lemon juice and water into the berry-sour cream mixture. Water can be added from 1/3 cup to half a cup.
7. Close the blender lid and beat the mixture again.
8. The ice cream mixture is ready. Pour it into ice cream molds or cups.
9. Makes 12 servings. Some of the ice cream can be frozen in a container.
10. Place the molds in the freezer for several hours.
To remove the ice cream from the molds, dip each mold in hot water for a few seconds.

3. Now be sure to grind the berries through a sieve. Since after freezing, all the seeds and peel will very, very interfere with enjoying the taste of sour cream ice cream prepared at home with your own hands.
Advice: The berry cake can be used to make fruit juice. Fill it up cold water, add sugar or honey to taste and let it brew for at least 5 hours. Then strain through a sieve. Morse is ready.
4. This is the kind of tender berry puree we get. You can add chocolate pieces here. It will be unusual.
5. Add sour cream and sugar.

Warm ice cream made from kefir and sour cream
Ingredients:
- kefir – 500 ml;
- sour cream – 100 ml;
- sugar – 150 g;
- dry gelatin – 1 tbsp. spoon;
- vanilla sugar – 0.5 sachet.
Preparation
First of all, soak the dry gelatin in cold water and wait until it swells well. After that, let it heat up, but do not boil. Just heat until hot, stirring constantly. Then we put the future ice cream in the freezer to harden. Now beat kefir with sour cream with a mixer and add sugar. Add fruit puree if desired. Next, pour the cooled gelatin into the mixture and beat everything again until high speed. Pour the resulting mixture into vases and place in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Although the recipe implies that the dessert should be served warm, it initially needs to harden.
